Why does AmbiSynk need screen capture permission?

Screen capture is used only for real-time ambient lighting color synchronization. AmbiSynk samples screen colors locally and converts them into lighting output for compatible AmbiSynk hardware. It does not upload screen content to our servers.

Why does AmbiSynk need audio input permission?

Audio input is used only for local music-reactive lighting effects. AmbiSynk analyzes audio signals on your PC to create lighting animations and does not upload audio content to our servers.

Why is my USB device not detected?

Make sure the lighting device is connected directly to the PC, the USB cable supports data transfer, and the device has power. Try another USB port, restart AmbiSynk Lite, and confirm that your device is compatible with AmbiSynk hardware.

How do I uninstall AmbiSynk Lite?

Open Windows Settings, go to Apps, find AmbiSynk Lite, and choose Uninstall. You can also uninstall it from the Start menu entry if that option is available.

How do I update AmbiSynk Lite?

If you installed AmbiSynk Lite from Microsoft Store, update it through Microsoft Store. If you installed it from the official download page, download the latest installer from the Download page and run it to upgrade.

Why does Windows show a SmartScreen warning?

Windows SmartScreen may warn about new or less frequently downloaded apps, even when the installer is digitally signed. Verify that you downloaded AmbiSynk Lite from the official AmbiSynk website or Microsoft Store before installing.
